1. Official Warranty Terms

All branded electronic products are covered by valid manufacturer warranties. In the event of hardware defects under normal usage, warranty servicing will be conducted at authorized national service centers.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of physical receipt if the product arrived damaged or defective. Products must remain in original packaging with all included accessories intact.

3. Pricing & Specifications

ElectroMart strives to ensure all prices and hardware specifications are completely accurate. Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
